Our Models

Our 3D Anatomical Models

Explore our vascular, spine, skeletal and craniomaxillofacial 3D anatomical models.

Model family

Vascular

Our vascular models generate 3D representations of selected arterial structures. The portfolio includes NeuroDR for head and neck CT angiography and additional models covering the aorta, iliac and femoral arteries and lower-extremity anatomy.

Spine & Hip

Our spine and hip models identify and separate vertebrae and pelvic structures to create labeled, patient-specific 3D anatomy. The portfolio also includes a spine model designed for challenging scoliosis and pathological anatomy.

Craniomaxillofacial anatomy

Skull & Jaw

Our craniomaxillofacial models generate detailed 3D representations of the skull and mandible, including complex bony structures that can be difficult to separate from medical images.

Skeleton

Our skeleton models identify and separate bones within the scanned region to create patient-specific 3D representations of skeletal anatomy.

Extending the Approach

DEVELOPED · EARLY STAGE

X-ray to 3D

We construct 3D models of the spine and pelvis from frontal and lateral X-ray images. This work provides weight-bearing spine measurments required for surgical procedures.

Anatomical Measurements

We developed additional capabilities to extract measurements from a variety of anatomical models such as spine and pelvis.
